Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Inside Sales to lead our Inside Sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, improving lead conversion, ensuring effective customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Inside Sales team.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Drive monthly sales targets and team performance.
- Ensure accurate CRM management and lead tracking.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Sales Management.
- Proven experience in handling sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
