About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and presentable Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing to manage influencer collaborations, execute campaigns, and drive brand awareness across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign management, negotiations, and performance tracking. The role also requires a strong on-camera presence, confidence in content creation, and the ability to represent the brand professionally when interacting with creators and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and content partners.
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and collaboration agreements.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and campaign timelines.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.
- Ensure timely execution of all influencer campaigns within budget.
- Lead influencer partnerships independently and take ownership of campaign planning, execution,and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with brand and business objectives.
- Identify new influencer engagement opportunities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera when required for content collaborations, creator interactions, brand shoots, or social media activities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
