Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee field operations, manage on-site staff, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field activities and staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Mentor and support field staff for productivity and safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site supervision or field management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Location: Guindy and Thirumudivakkam
Experience Required: 3 - 10 years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary:
Competitive and attractive, based on experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
