Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a single point of contact for clients, addressing client queries and shipment status through calls, emails or texts.
2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and recurring business.
3. Coordinate with internal departments - operations, pricing, accounts to ensure timely service delivery and client issue resolution.
4. Handle shipment related escalations with professionalism and ensure corrective action is taken promptly.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and daily service report (DSR) and complete pending actions.
6. Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify service gaps and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A) Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship management Role.
B) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
C) Proven ability to handle complex customer situations with empathy, urgency and professionalism.
D) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to deliver effective and practical solutions.
E) Skilled in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
F) A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional client services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
G) Any Graduate or Post Graduate with reputed institute or university.
