MIS Executive is the back office staff who is expected to support the back office operations which mostly comprises of demand collection tracking, data entry, reconciliation of daily collection & remittances, maintenance of records, files & registers, complete back office management of branch, Overdue, tracking and ensuring timely furnishing information required by the organisation
Core Responsibilities
To handle database management, system administration and analyse data and information, report on it and flesh out plans to make the best use of this data interpretations within the role of an MIS executive.
Maintain, monitor, and update the data as per requirement of the organization.
· Financial Reporting: Generate customized trial balances, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
· Data Automation: Develop and maintain automated financial dashboards, macros, and data pipelines to eliminate manual errors during heavy reporting seasons.
· Audit & Compliance Support: Reconcile large volumes of ledger data, verify transactional accuracy, and prepare audit-ready schedules (e.g., GST reconciliation, TDS data, statutory audit schedules).
· Client Data Integration: Streamline and format bulk client accounting data exported from various clients or stakeholders.
· Database Management: Oversee the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive financial databases in compliance with firm-level information security standards.
Key Skills Required
· Advanced Excel & Analytics: High proficiency in lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), Pivot Tables and Chat Gpt.
· Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to read and validate financial figures, understand statutory compliances, and spot financial anomalies.
· Problem solving Skills: The ability to transform raw, disconnected data into actionable business solutions. It involves identifying reporting discrepancies, streamlining data workflows, troubleshooting errors, and providing data-driven answers to management queries
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Information Technology (B.Sc IT/BCA), or Finance/MBA.
· Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a CA firm, BPO (F&A domain), or corporate finance and taxation department.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
