Responsibilities
- Book service appointments and handle customer calls.
- Follow up for service due, feedback, and pending jobs.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Update customer records in CRM.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
