STEM Trainer – Perinthalmanna

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills, experience & performance)
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled STEM Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on learning sessions for school students. The candidate will be responsible for delivering STEM, Robotics, Electronics, Coding and AI-based activities and mentoring students through practical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on STEM, Robotics, Electronics and Coding sessions for students.
- Train students in Arduino, sensors, motors, basic IoT, robotics and programming.
- Introduce students to basic AI/ML and emerging technologies.
- Guide students in building projects, prototypes and working models.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets and project documentation.
- Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions and hackathons.
- Troubleshoot hardware, circuits and student projects.
- Maintain and organize STEM/Robotics lab equipment and components.
- Coordinate with schools, parents and the internal team when required.
- Travel to nearby schools/locations for training programs if required.
- Contribute ideas for new STEM activities, projects and workshops.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Arduino, electronics, sensors and basic robotics.
- Basic programming knowledge in C/C++ or Python.
- Understanding of IoT and AI concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle a classroom and engage students.
- Passion for technology, teaching and hands-on learning.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Robotics or related fields.
- Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply.
Performance-Based Growth
Salary will be offered within the ₹15,000–₹20,000 range based on the candidate's technical knowledge and experience. Performance will be evaluated based on training quality, student engagement, project mentoring, technical competency, classroom management and contribution to programs. Successful performers will have opportunities for increased responsibilities and salary growth.
