Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager – Digital Marketing to drive the company's digital marketing initiatives and strengthen its online presence. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and campaign performance. Experience in the construction or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and sales objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation campaigns for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring content is up to date, SEO-friendly, and optimized for user experience and lead conversion.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools, and recommend improvements based on data.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of digital leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum campaign performance within allocated resources.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
