Liaisoning Executive to manage end-to-end property documentation, stamp duty assessment, and registration processes for the organization's real estate transactions. This role requires strong legal drafting capability, deep familiarity with Maharashtra's stamp duty and registration framework, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with government authorities, advocates, developers, and clients to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely execution of property-related legal documentation.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on conveyancing experience, sound regulatory knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills to a high-volume, deadline-driven documentation environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Stamp Duty & Registration Management
- Manage the complete stamp duty assessment process, including calculation of stamp duty and registration charges for property transactions
- Handle e-Stamping and GRAS (Government Receipt Accounting System) processes end-to-end
- Oversee document registration procedures at Sub-Registrar Offices, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
Legal Documentation & Drafting
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including Sale Deeds, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAA), Gift Deeds, Release Deeds, Rectification Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Leave & License Agreements
- Ensure all documentation is legally accurate and compliant with applicable property and stamp duty laws
Due Diligence & Compliance
- Conduct due diligence and verify title documents for property conveyancing matters
- Stay updated on changes in property laws, stamp duty regulations, and registration procedures to ensure ongoing organizational compliance
- Ensure compliance with Maharashtra Stamp Act, Registration Act, and RERA requirements across all transactions
Stakeholder Coordination & Liaisoning
- Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices and other statutory/government authorities to ensure timely registrations and resolve documentation issues
- Coordinate with tenants, advocates, developers, and clients to facilitate smooth execution and registration of legal documents
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, developers, legal professionals, and government officials to support seamless transaction execution
Client & Query Management
- Handle tenant and client queries professionally, providing timely updates throughout the documentation and registration process
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of legal documents, registration status, and transaction files
Process & Timeline Management
- Monitor registration schedules and proactively follow up on pending documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all transactions
- Manage multiple registrations and documentation streams concurrently within stipulated timelines
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
