- Guest Greeting: Welcome visitors, scan or check tickets, and guide patrons to the correct auditoriums and seats.
- Food and Beverage (F&B) Service: Take accurate orders at counter points of sale (POS) or deliver food directly to seats inside the theater (Service on Seat / SOS).
- Inquiries and Support: Answer guest questions regarding show times, facility rules, and ongoing promotions.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain hygiene standards in lobby, counter, and seating areas.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or seating requests courteously and quickly. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
