Job Summary
OJD Education is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Python Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming, Django, front-end technologies, and database management. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students while mentoring them through live projects.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Python Full Stack Development and must have worked on live projects using Django.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Python Full Stack Development.
- Train students in Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and SQL.
- Guide students in developing real-time web applications using Django.
- Explain programming concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Python libraries.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students on live projects and industry best practices.
- Assist students in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications.
- Teach database concepts using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Introduce students to REST APIs and API integration.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, coding exercises, and project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
- Support students with interview preparation, resume building, and placement guidance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Python Full Stack Developer or Python Trainer.
- Experience working on live projects using Django is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and Django Framework.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web design.
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in delivering technical training or mentoring students.
- Knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Understanding of front-end frameworks such as React.js is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with deployment on cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
