Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions within the organization. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment databases and MIS reports.
- Issue offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
