About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven *Business Growth Associate* who will play a key role in expanding our business through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new vendors, suppliers, and business partners
* Conduct field visits to acquire offline clients and build strong relationships
* Generate and convert leads through online and offline channels
* Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue
* Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
* Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support)
* Track daily sales activities and maintain CRM records
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in field + office environment
* Strong problem-solving and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
* Experience in B2B sales or vendor onboarding
* Familiarity with CRM tools
* Basic understanding of e-commerce / marketplace business
