Position: Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Cochin
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + Incentives
Experience:1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service.
(Experience in air conditioners, HVAC, home appliances, consumer electronics, electrical products, or related industries will be an added advantage)
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting the right air conditioning solutions based on their requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and a passion for retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and understand their air conditioning requirements.
* Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of AC models.
* Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, room size, and budget.
* Guide customers throughout the complete sales process.
* Coordinate with installation and service teams for timely product delivery and installation.
* Follow up on customer inquiries and pending orders.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and showroom activities.
* Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed attractively.
* Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
* Stay updated on new products, offers, and industry trends.
* Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
