Job Summary :
We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator to support recruitment, employee records, attendance management, and day-to-day HR activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Track employee performance and maintain performance reports.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Organize training and development programs for employees.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and employee confirmation activities.
- Handle employee engagement activities and team events.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Manage employee exit formalities, full and final settlements, and clearance processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data in Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource requirements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
