Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone interviews in the target language with accuracy and professionalism.
- Follow the provided interview scripts and guidelines while maintaining a conversational and engaging tone.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data collection during each interview.
- Actively listen to respondents and ask follow-up questions to gather detailed information.
- Record responses and any relevant notes or observations accurately.
- Adhere to project deadlines and quotas while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the interviewing process.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information. Requirements:
- Fluency in the target language (spoken and written) is essential. Additional proficiency in English or any other language is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear diction and excellent phone etiquette.
- Active listening skills and the ability to ask relevant probing questions.
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with respondents.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately record information.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Comfortable using CATI software and computer systems.
- Prior experience in telephone interviewing, market research, or a related field is preferred
