We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
