Operational Management
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bar, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service across all F&B outlets.
- Maintain consistency in service standards and guest experience.
2. Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest feedback or complaints promptly.
- Build strong guest relations, especially with repeat and corporate guests.
- Monitor service quality and continuously implement improvements.
3. Team Supervision
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure grooming and discipline standards are maintained.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
4. Financial Control
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability of F&B outlets.
- Assist in cost control, inventory management, and wastage reduction.
- Support upselling strategies and revenue enhancement initiatives.
5. Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms).
- Maintain cleanliness of all F&B areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Inventory & Procurement
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores for timely replenishment.
- Assist in vendor coordination and quality checks of supplies.
7. Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen, front office, and sales teams for smooth operations.
