Total Integrated Design (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for Interior Designers to undertake a variety of interior designing projects with our dynamic team. You will work with a team on scope varying from concept design, drawings,etc and liaising with the stakeholders to managing the design process including queries at site stage. The below responsibilities would be part of teamwork
Responsibilities
- Undertake design project from concept to completion (subject to individual experience to take on independently or part of team)
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into layout plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Create 'mood boards’ as part of the design vision
- Supervise work progress at site
- Work closely with designers, miscellaneous consultants, clients and contractors
- Work in office and travel to site Pan India
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience of 3– 5 years in interior design projects such as but not limited to hospitality, F&B, retail, offices, commercials spaces. The candidate should have experience working on projects with other equivalent design or architectural companies.
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, furniture dimensions and site supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp with rendering and related design software
- Excellent portfolio of previous works and college portfolio
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design and detail
- Communication and presentation skills
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Candidate should be open to travel Pan India and overseas if required
