Responsibilities:
Routh growth & launch: Own the marketing strategy for new route launches—market sizing,
target audience definition, messaging, and launch funnels. Work with Ops/Supply to plan route
phasing, launch targets, and initial demand estimates. Execute hyperlocal GTM activities
around new corridors (offline + digital)
Customer Insights & Research: Conduct neighbourhood studies, commuter behaviour
research, and competitive analysis.Run continuous feedback loops with riders—NPS, early-ride
journeys, lapsers. Translate insights into product/ops recommendations: stop selection, timing
optimisation, pickup clusters, pricing
Segmentation: Utilize customer data and behavioral insights to segment customer base
effectively. Tailor messages and offers to different customer segments to maximize the impact of
retention marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in working in a growth marketing function.- Prior experience in mobility, logistics, food delivery, e-commerce, or other marketplace
categories will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Solid
understanding of best practices across varied offline channels, creative development,
measurement and performance.
Understanding of the app ecosystem. Familiarity with retention
marketing strategies and tools.
