ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern who is eager to learn B2B sales, lead generation, and client engagement. The intern will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to identify potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify prospective clients across various industries
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn and online research
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Draft and send professional cold emails
- Conduct initial prospect qualification calls
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking reports
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities
- Support proposal and presentation preparation
PERFORMANCE TARGETS
- Generate 10 new prospects daily
- Conduct outreach to decision-makers
- Schedule 10 - 15 qualified client meetings per month
- Maintain accurate lead and activity reports
