- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies across multiple channels to meet business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation and performance evaluation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report ROI and KPIs for all digital marketing campaigns, adjusting spend based on actionable data.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and project delivery.
- SEO/SEM & Content: Optimize website content, SEO, and paid search performance to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record (typically 3–5+ years) in digital marketing roles with hands-on experience in SEO, email, CRM software, and paid ads.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and various social media management platforms.
