Role: System Admin
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day IT operations and system availability
· Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments
· Handle user provisioning (create, modify, disable user access)
· Manage office network including routers and internet connectivity
· Support and maintain PBX / office phone systems
· Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks
· Provide IT support to end users and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations
· Strong knowledge of user access management
· Hands-on experience with networking, routers, and Wi-Fi
· Experience managing PBX or IP phone systems
· Hands-on experience with daily maintenance, system updates, and hardware repairs
· Good troubleshooting and communication skills
