Job Summary:
House of EdTech is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Operations & Support Executive to join our growing team. This role involves managing webinars, providing customer support, resolving technical queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar & Operations Support
- Coordinate and execute online webinars and live training sessions.
- Ensure smooth technical execution and resolve real-time issues during webinars.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless session delivery.
- Manage webinar recordings, collect participant feedback, and prepare reports.
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist learners with login issues, course access, registrations, and payment-related concerns.
- Provide timely technical support and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns professionally.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Prepare process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives wherever possible.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an added advantage
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate from any discipline
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Relevant customer support, operations, or technical support experience is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
