Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer relationships, coordinating order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in any field will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
