# Job Description – Floater Cosmetologist Doctor

**Shift Timings:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
**Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Rotational Off)
**Note:** Saturdays and Sundays are working days.
## About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible **Floater Cosmetologist Doctor** who can support multiple MakeO Skinnsi clinics across the city based on business requirements. The selected candidate will be deployed to different clinic locations as per operational needs. For example, the doctor may be assigned to one clinic on a particular day and another clinic the following day.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, can adapt quickly to different teams and clinic setups, and are passionate about delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments.
## Key Responsibilities
* Travel to assigned Skinnsi clinics across the city as per the roster and business requirements.
* Conduct skin and hair consultations for patients.
* Perform aesthetic procedures including:
* HydraFacial
* Laser Hair Removal
* PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
* Mesotherapy
* Chemical Peels
* Q-Switch Laser
* CO2 Laser
* Dermaroller
* Micro-Needling Radio Frequency (MNRF)
* Non-Ablative Radio Frequency Facelift
* Assess patients and recommend customized treatment plans.
* Supervise ongoing treatment sessions and make clinical adjustments when required.
* Conduct online consultations as assigned.
* Support clinic operations and ensure a seamless patient experience across locations.
* Train and guide therapists on treatment protocols and patient management.
* Maintain clinical documentation and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
* Collaborate with clinic teams to achieve operational and patient satisfaction goals.
## Eligibility Criteria
* BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BDS / B.Pth
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a cosmetology or aesthetic clinic.
* Hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and laser treatments.
* Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic environments.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the city on a daily basis.
* Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice period preferred.

### Additional Requirement
The candidate must be comfortable working as a floating resource and travelling between MakeO Skinnsi clinics as per operational requirements. Clinic allocation may change on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on patient appointments and business needs.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
