Location – Bangalore
Duration – Ongoing(on Mayflower language services Payroll)
Timings - General shift – 9 hours
Technology Educator Project Role Description :
Instrumental in keeping technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross skilling them.
Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content.
Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.
Must have Skills : Japanese
Good to Have Skills : No Industry Specialization
Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Training people on Japanese Language (N5 to N3)
Technical Experience :
- Candidate must be N2/N3 certified
- Must have at least 3 years of Japanese language
Training Experience :
Online teaching experience is preferred.
- Clear pronunciation is must as candidate would be taking Conversational Japanese Sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training through virtual mode
- Excellent command over written and spoken Japanese
Professional Attributes :
- Passion to train and enable people on Japanese language skill
- Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on the new Training methodologies.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/JLPT N2 and above certified
Additional Info :
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Prior experience in training delivery is desirable
