Procurement Management
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors.
- Generate and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services.
Export Operations
- Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipment processes.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners.
- Prepare and review export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Shipping Bills.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade policies.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Handle export-related queries and resolve shipment issues promptly.
- Maintain records of export transactions and regulatory documentation.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare procurement and export reports for management review.
- Monitor procurement budgets and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Procurement, Export Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Knowledge of import-export documentation and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
