Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support business growth by building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports using MS Excel.
- Follow up with customers and provide timely updates.
- Support business development activities and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
