Proho is seeking an experienced and result driven individual contributor to drive high value real estate sales of residential projects. This role is focused on individual performance and closures, with minimal team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle with team to close the deal.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Coordinate with Internal teams for documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and sales updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualification & skills
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 6 months to 5 year proven experinced in real estate
- Strong exposure to Noida extension, Greater Noida(Pari Chowk), Crossing Republic
- Excellent negotiation, and clsoing skills.
- Proficiency CRM tools, MS office
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused mindset.
- Experience in reselling residential projects in these locations preferred.
- Strong networking with local channel partners.
- Ability to source resale units.
- Connected with channel partners for sourcing inventory.
