Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to oversee, implement, maintain, and optimize the organization's ERP system .
- Manage and maintain ERP operations for high-rise construction projects.
The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations, process automation, data accuracy, and effective ERP utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the ERP system across all departments.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions.
- Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, and customization projects.
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and external consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of ERP management experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar.
- Strong understanding of business processes, database management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
