Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries affecting the dental pulp and surrounding tissues, performing advanced root canal procedures, and collaborating with general dentists and specialists to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the dental pulp and root canal system.
- Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic surgical procedures.
- Evaluate patients through clinical examinations, radiographs, and other diagnostic tools.
- Manage dental trauma cases and emergency endodontic treatments.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and explain procedures to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary dental teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay updated with advancements in endodontic techniques and technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BDS with MDS in Endodontics and Conservative Dentistry from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- Proven experience in endodontic procedures and patient management.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multi-specialty dental hospital or clinic.
- Familiarity with rotary endodontics, microscopes, and advanced endodontic technologies.
- Strong patient counseling and case presentation skills.
