Job Summary
We are looking for an Officer – System & Network Administration to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, networking systems, hardware, software, and technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity and system-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure.
- Support server management, software installation, and system integration.
- Coordinate and resolve email-related technical issues.
- Ensure regular system maintenance, backups, and IT asset management.
- Liaise with vendors for IT support and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in System & Network Administration or IT Support.
- Knowledge of CCNA, Networking, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
- Experience with CCTV Systems, Server Management, and Software Integration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical support skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
