About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and refined Sales & Service Executive to represent our premium projection screen brand in the luxury home cinema and AV segment. This role is not just about selling a product—it is about delivering a superior visual experience and upholding the standards of a globally respected brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value channel partners, AV consultants, system integrators, and premium dealers.
- Actively promote our projection screen solutions, articulating the brand’s quality, innovation, and global positioning.
- Expand our presence by identifying and appointing new channel partners across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and emerging markets.
- Deliver professional on-site installation support, ensuring flawless execution that reflects luxury standards.
- Provide prompt, reliable, and high-quality after-sales service, reinforcing customer confidence in the brand.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions with a focus on experience, aesthetics, and performance.
- Maintain close engagement with partners to understand project requirements in home cinema and high-end AV environments.
- Track market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer expectations in the premium segment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with premium clients and partners.
- Technical aptitude with a keen interest in AV, home cinema, and luxury technology solutions.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing independent travel schedules.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and presentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and represent the brand with professionalism.
