Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Bill Preparation & Certification: Create, process, and certify RA bills, advance bills, and final project bills according to contract terms.
- Site Measurements: Take and verify measurements of actual work completed on-site against construction drawings and project specifications.
- Material Reconciliation: Track delivery versus billed quantities and conduct monthly material reconciliation statements (e.g., for concrete, cement, and steel).
- Variation & Rate Analysis: Identify, calculate, and document "extra items" or scope changes to negotiate fair contract adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and the finance team to ensure that billing aligns perfectly with project budgets and timelines.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
