About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of relevant experience to support the organization's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and advisory functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, a clear understanding of financial concepts, sound analytical skills, and the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliances, including tax planning and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits, due diligence assignments, financial reviews, and advisory engagements.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management and clients.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Review internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, or advisory.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, taxation, and regulatory compliances.
- Experience in handling multiple assignments and managing stakeholder expectations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
