Job Summary
This role provides expert leadership in managing and enhancing ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow, leveraging advanced JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and AngularJS skills to deliver robust automation and support solutions. The individual ensures seamless operations for complex, large-scale projects by driving continuous improvement, meeting client SLAs, and mentoring technical teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead SNOW administration and support activities by configuring, optimizing, and maintaining ITSM modules using ServiceNow and JavaScript, ensuring robust platform performance and compliance with client SLAs.
2. Architect automation solutions by developing custom scripts and workflows utilizing JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and AngularJS to streamline IT operations and enhance service delivery.
3. Drive operational improvements by analyzing existing SNOW processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing advanced automation and reporting solutions tailored to business needs.
4. Empower and mentor support teams by providing expert technical guidance in SNOW, JavaScript, and API integrations, fostering skill growth and effective problem-solving.
5. Engage with clients to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.
6. Lead incident, change, and problem management activities on the SNOW platform, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis for critical issues.
7. Champion innovation by evaluating emerging SNOW features, JavaScript frameworks, and automation tools, integrating best practices to enhance platform capabilities and business value.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Proficiency In Javascript For Scripting, Workflow Automation, And Ui Customization Within Servicenow.
2. Advanced Expertise In Rest/Soap Api Integration For CrossPlatform Data Exchange And Automation.
3. Excellent Skills In Angularjs For Building And Enhancing Custom Servicenow Components.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Operational Improvement Methodologies, Process Automation, And Reporting.
5. Expert Ability To Lead, Mentor, And Empower Technical Teams In A Complex Support Environment.
6. Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills For Effective Client Engagement.
