- Monitor the patient's vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, and temperature.
- Assess and observe for signs of cardiac complications such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or irregular heartbeat.
- Administer prescribed medications and ensure adherence to the treatment plan.
- Provide post-cardiac surgery care, including wound assessment and dressing changes.
- Monitor fluid intake and output and watch for signs of fluid overload or dehydration.
- Educate patients and family members about heart disease management, medications, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist with cardiac rehabilitation activities and encourage safe physical activity as advised by the physician.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and report changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and caregivers during recovery.
- Ensure a safe home environment and help prevent complications through continuous assessment and care planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,522.14 per month
