Job Summary
Lere Academy is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable DHA Exam Trainer to join our academic team.
The trainer will be responsible for preparing healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, and Allied Healthcare Professionals for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing examination.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, relevant healthcare experience, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in DHA exam preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging DHA exam preparation classes.
- Prepare healthcare professionals for the DHA licensing examination.
- Provide subject-specific and exam-oriented training.
- Explain important concepts and topics clearly.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and revision notes.
- Conduct mock tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Discuss practice questions and provide effective exam preparation strategies.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide individual guidance and constructive feedback.
- Monitor student performance and progress.
- Keep training materials updated according to relevant DHA requirements.
- Conduct interactive online and/or offline training sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress and class schedules.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in the healthcare/medical field.
- Strong subject knowledge relevant to DHA examination preparation.
- Previous DHA exam training experience is preferred.
- Experience preparing healthcare professionals for licensing examinations is an advantage.
- Good understanding of DHA examination requirements and preparation methods.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex healthcare topics in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
Preferred Candidates
- Nurses with relevant DHA exam/training experience.
- Pharmacists with DHA exam preparation experience.
- Doctors or healthcare professionals with relevant licensing exam experience.
- Experienced healthcare licensing exam trainers.
- Trainers with experience in Prometric-based healthcare examinations.
