Location: Okhla Phase 1, Delhi
Position: Admin & Operations Executive
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational task of Director.
- Directly report to and coordinate with the Director on daily operations, priorities, and business requirements
- Assist the Director in execution of tasks, follow-ups, and decision implementation
- Manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs) for employees and senior management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and databases
- Handle insurance-related documentation (car insurance, claims, renewals, etc.)
- Ensure smooth office operations and facility management
- Support HR and accounts team with admin-related tasks
- Track expenses and maintain reports using Excel
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in travel bookings and vendor management
- Knowledge of insurance documentation and processes
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Admin/Operations role preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
