Job Purpose:
The individual will be responsible for managing the securitization transactions of mortgage book within the housing finance company. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, including finance, treasury, MIS & Reporting, legal, risk management, and operations teams, as well as external parties such as investors and rating agencies, to structure and execute securitization transactions. The individual will play a crucial role in optimizing funding options and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and act as a subject matter expert on securitization matters within the organization
Enabling Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Advanced qualification (CA, MBA, CFA) is a plus.

Proven experience in securitization, structured finance, or related areas within the financial services industry.

Familiarity with mortgage-backed securities (MBS), asset-backed securities (ABS) markets.

Strong understanding of securitization principles, methodologies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Solid financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
