We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with strong relationships in the education sector to drive business expansion across Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Educational ERP solutions across Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Educational Groups.
- Utilize existing relationships with Chairpersons, Trustees, Principals, Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Directors, and School Management to acquire new clients.
- Conduct ERP product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative meetings with decision-makers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, institutional visits, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop long-term relationships with educational institutions for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, Functional, and Implementation teams for smooth project execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close enterprise-level ERP deals.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Required Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in Educational ERP, EdTech, IT Software, SaaS, or Enterprise Sales.
- Strong existing network with Schools, Colleges, Universities, Educational Trusts, and Higher Education Institutions.
- Experience in institutional sales, consultative selling, and B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in the education sector.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and key stakeholders.
