Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive with experience in SAP invoicing and sales order processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, generating invoices through SAP, coordinating with the Production Planning and Control (PPC) team to ensure timely production and delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to support smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Create and process sales orders and invoices using SAP.
- Coordinate with the PPC team to plan production according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with the logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, invoices, and customer information in SAP.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, invoicing, and deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Work closely with finance to ensure accurate billing and payment follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and documentation procedures.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets and improving customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Sales Order Processing and Invoicing).
- Knowledge of sales operations and order management.
- Experience coordinating with Production Planning and Control (PPC) teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales coordination, SAP invoicing, or sales operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
