Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions in our Travels & Tourism company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with the company’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for travel consultants, sales executives, ticketing staff, operations team, and support staff.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain manpower planning and hiring records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
- Conduct engagement activities and maintain healthy work culture.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and Full & Final settlements.
- Maintain employee files and HR policies.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.
- Assist department heads in setting KPIs and targets.
- Support employee training and development programs.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle warning letters, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR records.
Training & Development
- Organize training sessions for customer handling, communication, and travel software systems.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and conflict-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Recruitment and employee management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- Experience in Travel, Hospitality, or Tourism industry preferred
Minimum experience required 2 - 5. Years
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹45,414.20 per month
