Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Stock Market Analyst to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in equity markets, technical and fundamental analysis, market research, and investment strategies. The role requires monitoring market trends, identifying trading and investment opportunities, and providing actionable insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and fundamental analysis of stocks, sectors, and market trends.
- Monitor domestic and global financial markets on a daily basis.
- Prepare research reports, market commentary, and investment recommendations.
- Identify short-term and long-term trading opportunities.
- Track company earnings, economic data, and market-moving events.
- Develop and maintain market screening and analysis models.
- Support clients and internal teams with investment insights and market updates.
- Present market outlooks and investment strategies to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock market analysis, equity research, trading, or investment advisory.
- Strong understanding of technical indicators, chart patterns, and market analysis tools.
- Knowledge of fundamental analysis, financial statements, and valuation methods.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial research platforms, and market analysis software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- NISM Certifications or relevant financial market certifications.
- Experience with Indian equity markets, derivatives, and portfolio analysis.
