The candidate will be required to :
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant departments.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
