Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury furniture, interiors, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
- Prepare quotations and manage sales enquiries.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and key clients.
- Coordinate order execution with internal teams.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, luxury retail, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and professionally presented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
