Job Purpose

To identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, convert prospects into customers, and build long-term relationships while achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, corporate offices, retail chains, hospitals, hotels, schools, and commercial clients.
- Develop new corporate accounts and maintain existing clients.
- Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
2. Client Meetings
- Understand customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Present signage concepts and solutions.
- Explain materials, lighting options, branding, and installation processes.
3. Sales & Quotation
- Coordinate with the design team for concept drawings.
- Coordinate with the estimation team for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations until closure.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining company profit margins.
4. Order Management
- Obtain work orders and advance payments.
- Ensure all approvals are received before production.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams for timely delivery.
- Keep clients updated throughout the project.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
6. Market Research
- Monitor competitors' pricing and services.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest signage materials, LED technology, and branding trends.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
