Job Title: HR Generalist (IT)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Mohali
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records.
- Maintain attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Support performance appraisal and learning & development initiatives.
- Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT recruitment (PHP, MERN, QA, Flutter, SEO, PPC, SMM, UI/UX, Sales, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Good understanding of payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- Experience working in an IT services or software development company.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
