Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil & Interior)
Job Summary: The Supervisor assists in supervising interior & Civil work at project sites. The role involves coordinating with workers, checking daily work progress, and ensuring the design and quality standards are followed under the guidance of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising work at site
- Check daily work progress and report to seniors
- Help ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions
- Support in site measurements and material checks
- Help maintain basic site records and reports
- Follow safety rules at the site
- Identify issues at site and inform the project manager
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design / Civil / Architecture (or related field)
- Basic understanding of drawings and materials
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
Experience
- Internship or site experience of minimum 2 year

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
